Postage prices are generally included within the prices quoted, with only a few exceptions. Any additional / optional postage costs will be mentioned on the relevent pages.

Spurgeon's Digital Memories cannot be held liable for anything that gets lost in the post, and Royal Mail will only compensate for the cost of replacement blank media. However should the worst happen, as a precaution we will keep a backup of your new DVD for about 2 months. This allows for a free replacement of your DVD. Also should you decide for wanting additional copies at a later date of your DVD we can then do this at a lower rate.
